From The Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City to The State Theater in New Brunswick and The Two River Theater in Red Bank, guitarist Chris Schwartz has brought his mix of jazz, blues, funk, and rock to audiences across the New Jersey/New York area.
In addition to performing, Chris is a dedicated guitar teacher who holds a Jazz Studies degree from Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts, offering patient, structured lessons for kids, teens, and adults — in person and online.

Private Guitar Lessons – In-Home & Online
Chris combines a high-level jazz background with a friendly, practical approach to help students build solid technique while learning songs they love. Lessons are available for beginners through advanced players, with a focus on musicality, rhythm, and confident playing.
In-home lessons are offered across Hunterdon, Somerset, and Middlesex counties, with online options available for students outside the area.
